Economic analysis of criminal law applies economic methods and tools to study crimes and responds to them. Estimation of costs of criminal justice, sources and their allocation, are the subject of economic analysis of efficacy of criminal justice programs. The prevention of crime is one of emphasized responses to crime in criminal justice. The criminologists with respect to different crimes, design various programs and offer for implementation in the criminal justice systems. Because of scarcity of sources, policymakers are inevitable to choice the most economic program. The economic analysis of crime prevention program to allow comparison of the outcomes of policy options with comparable costs- is also worth pursuing to allow for selection among a menu of prevention programs, given scarce public and private resources for all things.In the legal system of Iran, principal 156 of the Constitutional Law prescribes prevention of crime through the judiciary. In spite of its importance, the economic analysis of crime prevention has not been considered so much in the legal researches in Iran. This article explains the importance of the economic analysis of crime prevention, cost-benefit analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis models of economic analysis of crime prevention.

Knowing the components of economic education provides the dynamic background of education in this field. The aim of the current research is to investigate the indicators and components of the economic education curriculum. The approach of the current research is qualitative and its method is research synthesis. The research community is all the articles (211 articles) that have been presented from 1390 to 1401 AD and from 2010 to 2022 AD regarding economic education in curricula. The sample of the research is 32 articles, which were selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation, and purposefully. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied articles. By analyzing the data, the dimensions of vitality in the curriculum of the elementary school in 4 factors and 55 categories including the dimension of individual factors (including indicators and components related to personality characteristics); The dimension of culture and economic ethics (economic fields in the society); The dimension of economic concepts and knowledge (indices in economic education) and the dimension of collective and communication concepts (communication and interaction indicators in education) were classified. Economic education is dependent on internal and external components in educational systems, which requires macro-planning in this field.

Referral of the US sanctions situation by the government of Venezuela to the International Criminal Court poses the question of whether economic sanctions may fall within the ICC jurisdiction as crimes against humanity. It is the first time that the issue of sanctions is brought before an international criminal tribunal and therefore the response could not be found in the jurisprudence. Nevertheless, by analyzing the law and practice of the Court this article proves that the category of other inhumane acts as referred to in Paragraph K of Article 7 of the Rome Statute include those economic sanctions that cause great suffering and serious harm to the health of any civilian population, provided that are carried out in furtherance of a State policy against ordinary people. In establishing this proposal, the US sanctions against Iran is analyzed as a case.

This essay endeavors to determine the typology of economic crimes and their reasons, remarkably the role of government as one of the important reasons in Naseri period. Considering the importance of this period in general and notably for economic crimes, this research is based on library studies, historical documents and statistical analysis with analytical approach. Statistics on economic crimes in Naseri period indicate that the murder withe 58.7% and opium addiction with 0.2% had in order the highest and lowest rate in this period. The government had a great influence on the growth of economic crimes, however, it was the sole system to sentence the criminals. In other words, the government had the paradoxical role for mentioned issue in Naseri period.

Introduction: Due to the growing extent of crimes in different countries, particularly developing countries and the adverse socio-economic effects of governments, the issue of crime can be taken seriously. Nowadays one of the main goals of governments has always been to achieve economic development and growth. On the one hand, the existence of strict rules and regulations, the existence of security and the absence of crime in the community are the cause of economic growth and development. On the other hand, achieving sustainable development and ensuring stability and security, regardless of social welfare is not possible. Actually, factors such as urbanization rate, unemployment, education and human capital are the causes of crime and provide conditions for economic deterioration. . Increased crime is one of the issues that is considered as a red line and various states depending on their attitudes and how they manage the affairs of their countries, react differently. As these crimes are increasing, security costs are rising due to an increase in the number of law enforcement personnel, increased spending on military, judicial budgets, which is itself an obstacle to allocating government funds to manufacturing and industrial sectors, which is itself a factor in economic growth. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of crime and fertility rates on economic growth. Method: In this study, to extract the experimental results, panel data was used. The choice of this method, on the one hand, is due to the lack of access to disorder and crime data over a long period of time, and the inability to use time series models and, on the other hand, due to the advantages of the panel data method, as frequently cited in the existing literature. The estimation of the time series data model during the 20-year period 1996-2015 was done using Eviews8 software. Finding: The crime criteria (murder, cruel crimes and theft) have a negative significant impact on economic growth. This is the case when the more the number of the crimes, the lesser the prosperity and flourishing production can be expected in business. The unemployment rate has a negative impact on economic growth, which also helps to increase crime. On the other hand, fertility rates have a positive impact on economic growth. As population aging and declining active population growth, these countries are trying to grow their population by raising fertility rates. The savings rate has a positive and significant impact on economic growth. The political stability index is expected to have a significant positive impact on economic growth. In such countries, because of the security situation in the region and the countries which have limited conditions, it might be though by politicians that political stability in these countries is maintained, however the government might close the views unilaterally and without criticism and accountability which this might have a negative impact on economic growth. Discussion: The relationship between crime and economic growth is important in several respects: First, On the one hand, poor economic growth is linked to a high level of crime. Also, one of the major goals of governments is promoting security, justice, freedom and human dignity which is dependent on the establishment of appropriate laws and regulations and to comply with the rules and if there are any problems in the development and economic growth, this could cause more crime and hinder the economic development. Hence, considering the impact of crime along with other socio-economic factors, can help policymakers and managers in this regard. Due to the negative impact of crime on economic growth and its significant coefficient, it can be said that this is a waste of public resources to make the justice and judicial centers (training judges and other judicial agents) and other expenses that are in line with protective factors to reduce crime and rehabilitate prisoners after committing the crime by the prisoners. Such expenses can be devoted to research, development, growth and prosperity and turning the wheels of the economy and in effect increasing employment. Such cases can only be applied with methods such as promoting cultural awareness via bringing high costs mapped on the consequences of doing the crimes, the consequences can be reduced to the public especially for the youth.
